   Soybeans Jump Nearly 40 cents on Prospects of Higher Sales to China

   March corn is up 3/4 cent per bushel, March soybeans are up 9 3/4 cents,
March KC wheat is up 2 cents, March Chicago wheat is up 1 1/2 cents, and MIAX
March Minneapolis wheat is up 0.0075 cents.

   EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: March corn is up 3/4 cent per bushel,
March soybeans are up 9 3/4 cents, March KC wheat is up 2 cents, March Chicago
wheat is up 1 1/2 cents, and MIAX March Minneapolis wheat is up 0.0075 cents.

   CME GLOBEX RECAP: On Wednesday, March corn closed up 1 cent, March soybeans
closed up 26 1/2 cents, and March KC wheat closed down 4 1/2 cents. Soybean and
soft red winter wheat basis were weaker on Wednesday, while corn, hard red
winter wheat, and spring wheat basis were steady. Buying followed President
Donald Trump's posting on social media that China signaled, during a phone
call, its willingness to buy U.S. soybeans above its original pledge for this
marketing year. Energy markets rose amid heightened tensions between the U.S.
and Iran. A meeting between the two countries was reportedly still scheduled in
Oman instead of Turkey. USDA will release its latest Export Sales report on
Thursday at 7:30 a.m. CST. Later, at around noon, the Buenos Aires Grain
Exchange (Argentina) will release its weekly crop condition report.

   OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes on Wednesday showed the Dow Jones
Industrial Average up 260.31 at 49,501.30 and the S&P 500 down 35.09 at
6,882.72. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.275%. Early Thursday, the March
Dow Jones Futures are down 68 points. European markets are lower, with the spot
futures of London's FTSE 100 trading down 0.49%, spot futures of Germany's DAX
are trading down 0.5%, and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index are up
0.15%. Asian markets are lower, with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index down 0.88% and
China's Shanghai Composite Index down 0.64%.
